Mandatory consumer rights arising from applicable legislation remain reserved. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to defective, incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming products.

3. General Return and Refund Principles

7. Return Shipping and Product Condition

  • Services that have started with the customer’s prior consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, where the customer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

  • Products that have been mixed, soldered, assembled, programmed, electrically energized, modified, damaged, or incorporated into another product or system in a way that makes separation, resale, or safe return impossible, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

 

These exclusions do not remove or restrict the customer’s mandatory rights regarding defective, incorrect, damaged, missing, or non-conforming products.

 

10. Defective, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is defective, damaged, missing, incorrect, or not in conformity with the order, the customer should contact Lentark Store as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting information such as photographs, videos, cargo/shipping documents, damage reports, order details, and a clear description of the issue.

 

Where the package appears damaged, opened, crushed, torn, wet, or otherwise suspicious at the time of delivery, the customer is advised to request a damage report from the shipping/cargo company where possible. However, acceptance of delivery does not remove mandatory rights granted under applicable legislation.

 

Depending on the evaluation and the customer’s mandatory rights, Lentark Store may offer repair, replacement, missing item shipment, refund, or another legally appropriate solution.

 

11. Technical Products and User Responsibility

Products sold through Lentarkstore.com may include electronic modules, development boards, technical components, or engineering-oriented products that require technical knowledge for safe and correct use.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Lentark Store, the customer is responsible for evaluating electrical compatibility, operating conditions, installation method, power supply requirements, environmental conditions, safety precautions, and compliance with applicable standards in their own application.

 

Damage caused by incorrect wiring, unsuitable power supply, reverse polarity, overvoltage, overcurrent, electrostatic discharge, improper soldering, unsafe installation, unauthorized modification, liquid exposure, mechanical damage, or use outside the documented operating conditions may be evaluated separately and may affect return, warranty, or refund eligibility, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

 

12. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
