The PS105F6A-07W21 is a dual-output PWM generator and MOSFET/IGBT gate driver module. It operates over a 4 Hz–1 MHz output frequency range, supports 9 V–18 V supply input, and provides up to 6 A peak output current for driving capacitive gate loads.
