PS105F6A-07W21 is a dual-output MOSFET and IGBT gate driver device with a 9 V – 18 V operating voltage range and a maximum peak output current capability of 6 A. One of the outputs is inverted, and the other is non-inverted. The amplifier modules and driver design used on the circuit board allow the capacitive loads at the gate terminals of MOSFETs and IGBTs to be charged rapidly with a peak current of up to 6 A. The device can charge a 2.5 nF load to 12 V in approximately 28 ns. This makes it possible to control high-current switching applications at high frequencies without signal deformation.

The control mechanism is simple and user-friendly. All control operations are performed using the rotary encoder located at the upper-right side of the circuit board. Each change is stored in the device’s internal memory.

• Short press and release:  Selects the next configuration.
• Press and hold for 1.5 seconds or longer: If the ramp transition is active, it stops. If the ramp transition is not active and the transition time is specified, it starts the ramp transition.
• Turning clockwise: Increases the value of the selected configuration.
• Turning counterclockwise: Decreases the value of the selected configuration.
